Creating Your First Meal Plan

Plan Your Meals for the Week

Meal planning has never been easier with OVEN350's calendar-based planner.

Getting Started

  1. Navigate to "Meal Planner" from the dashboard
  2. You'll see a weekly calendar view
  3. Click on any day and meal type (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks)
  4. Select a recipe from your collection
  5. The recipe is now added to your meal plan!

Tips for Effective Meal Planning

  • Plan your meals at the start of each week
  • Mix and match different cuisines for variety
  • Consider prep time when planning weekday meals
  • Use leftovers strategically

Generating Grocery Lists

Once you've planned your meals, you can automatically generate a grocery list with all the ingredients you need!

Note: Starter plan includes 3 meal plans. Upgrade to Foodie for unlimited meal planning!
