You don't need a smoker to achieve incredibly tender, fall-off-the-bone BBQ ribs. This oven-baked method uses a low-and-slow cooking technique to render the pork perfectly juicy, then finishes under the broiler to create that classic, sticky, caramel...
Preheat oven to 275°F (135°C). Remove the membrane from the bone-side of the ribs and pat dry.
Rub yellow mustard all over ribs. Combine dry rub ingredients and generously season the ribs, pressing into the meat.
Wrap ribs tightly in heavy-duty aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 2 to 2.5 hours until meat is tender and has pulled back from the ends of the bones.
Carefully remove ribs from foil and place on baking sheet. Preheat broiler to high and brush ribs with BBQ sauce.
Broil ribs for 3-5 minutes until sauce is bubbly, sticky, and slightly caramelized, watching closely to avoid burning.
Remove from oven and let rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving with extra BBQ sauce.
